This is the memo describing the ecological condition of the Cockle Cove Creek salt marsh and the development of a Nitrogen threshold for the creek system. This is Appendix A to the Technical Memorandum. An Investigation Report produced by the MA Office of Coastal Zone Management. This document responds to comments on the DRAFT Cockle Cove Salt Marsh Nitrogen Thresholds Technical Memorandum. Comments on the DRAFT memorandum were submitted by MA DEP, MA CZM, and the Town of Chatham.
