LEGAL NOTICE
The Chatham Historical Commission will hold public a public hearing on Tuesday, 19 January 2010, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 549 Main Street, on the following hearing.
Application No. 10-001: To be heard in accordance with Chapter 158 (Demolition Delay Bylaw) of the Town of Chatham General Bylaws, pursuant to notice of Intent to Partially Demolish a Historic Building or Structure located at 43 Shattuck Place, filed by Lisa V. Still, Esq., 210 Stony Hill Road, Chatham, MA 02633 as agent/applicant for owner, John Branigan, 26 Deepwood Road, Darien, CT 06820. This hearing is continued from the meeting held January 5th 2010.
Application No. 10-004: To be heard in accordance with the provision of Section 12©(1) of the Cape Cod Commission Regional Policy Plan regarding properties situated in a National Historic Register District pursuant to an Application for Substantial Alteration to Historic or Contributing Structure in a National Historic Register District, located at 90 Silverleaf Avenue, filed by William F. Riley, Esq., P.O. Box 707, Chatham, MA 02633 for owners, David S. and Marjorie T. French, 66 Compo Road North, Westport, CT 06880. This hearing is continued from the meeting held January 5th 2010/
