The results posted here are based on samples taken on Wednesday, August 30 2006.

Under the Minimum Standards for Bathing Beaches (Massachusetts Department of Public Health, 105 CMR 445.000) the following standards apply:

        Marine Water: No single Enterococci sample shall exceed 104 colonies per 100ml and the geometric mean of the most recent five (5) samples within the same bathing season shall not exceed 35 colonies per 100ml.

        Fresh Water: No single Enterococci sample shall exceed 61 colonies per 100ml and the geometric mean of the most recent five (5) samples within the same bathing season shall not exceed 33 colonies per 100ml.
