Have your blood pressure checked by the staff of the VNA at the Senior Center on Wednesday mornings from 9-11. Call for an appointment
Durable Safety Equipment
The COA has walkers, wheelchairs, and shower stools for loan to Chatham residents at no charge. Morning pickups only, please.
Luncheon (508) 945-1783
Lunch is provided Tuesday and Thursday at 11:30 a.m. Reservations must be made one day in advance. Call the Nutrition Site (945-1783) at the Senior Center. Transportation can be provided. Ask about lunch and a movie.
Outreach Assistance
A free confidential meeting with one of our Outreach Coordinators can be scheduled.
S.H.I.N.E. (Serving Health Information Needs of Elders)
Free health insurance counseling is available. Call for an appointment.
Transportation
The Chatham COA van is available Monday through Friday for local errands and grocery shopping. Call for reservations. Sunday church transportation and trips to Hyannis are also available.
